Pride

The roots of pride:
insecurity
disbelief that God has everything in control
fear

The Fruits of pride:
Arrogance
Envy
Stepping on people

To fear the Lord is to hate evil;
    I hate pride and arrogance,
    evil behavior and perverse speech.
